Who We Are
RISE Commercial District offers office space for lease, warehouse space for lease, and business storage space for lease. But, we don’t just offer these business spaces and leave our tenants to grow on their own. We take pride in being a turn-key facility for our businesses, whatever their needs may be.
What We Offer
RISE Commercial District has warehouse, office, and flex spaces available. Our facilities offer video-monitored facilities, forklift access, free conference rooms, public restrooms, and gross leases (all-inclusive of utilities, dumpster, and management fees) with flexible terms, some as short as three months.
Who We Serve
Our professional, clean facilities are built to serve a variety of businesses from the home services industry to landscaping to e-commerce. We understand that every business deserves a space where they can thrive without having to worry about the security of their inventory or the cluttered space of their home garage. Over 1,500 businesses have leased warehouse, office, or flex space from RISE Commercial District since we began in 2009.

RISE Commercial District has a variety of locations across the Midwest. We currently have districts open in Indianapolis, Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Toledo, St. Paul, and Fort Wayne.
