Aspire Johnson County is a program of the Johnson County Development Corporation, but we also are guided by a team of distinguished leaders who have helped develop and support our initiative.

Greenwood Community School Corporation
Superintendent

Kent has served as Superintendent of the Greenwood Community School Corporation since July of 2013. Kent received bachelor's degrees in business administration and social studies education from Indiana University-Purdue University at Fort Wayne. He received his master's degree in school counseling from IUPUI while his education superintendent and doctorate degrees were earned from Indiana State University.

Kent has a strong desire to be involved in the Greenwood Community. In addition to serving as co-chair of Aspire Johnson County, Kent serves on the board of directors of the Greater Greenwood Chamber of Commerce, Sertoma Club of Greenwood and the Greenwood Rotary Club.

Kent, along with his wife Amanda, are residents of Greenwood. Kent and Amanda are also blessed with two daughters, Hillary and Morgan.

Steve Jarosinski, Co-Chairman

Steve started his journey with Johnson Memorial Health in 1995 as a student physical therapist, subsequently joining the hospital‘s therapy team in 1998. In 2002, upon completion of his Masters Degree in Business Administration, he transitioned to an administrative role as Director of Clinical Services overseeing many of the hospital’s outpatient ancillary departments. In his current role as Chief Strategy Officer, Steve leads the Johnson Memorial Physician Network and serves as liaison to Johnson Memorial’s nursing home partners.

Both of Steve’s degrees were completed at Indiana University – Indianapolis, completing his Bachelors Degree of Physical Therapy in 1996 and his Masters of Business Administration in 2002. He is a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and was honored with the organization’s “Early Career Healthcare Executive” Regent’s Award in 2010. Steve currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tara Treatment Center and as a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board for the IU School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences.

He has served in leadership roles with Leadership Johnson County and New Hope Church.

Steve and his wife Kate have three children, one son and two daughters.

Interim Director

Dana joined JCDC in May 2012. She is responsible for the operations of Aspire Johnson County as well as working JCDC leads. She is also strongly invested in community development and to that end offers her services as a grant administrator to the municipalities in Johnson County.

Prior to JCDC, Dana was the Utility and Business Manager for the Town of Edinburgh. She was also the point person for the economic development program for the town. She previously was the Superintendent of Parks and Recreation for the town.

Before joining the town, she was a Pre-school Teacher and Director of Franklin Co-Operative Preschool, working with Franklin Community Schools to develop Early Childhood Education Programs for Johnson County youth.

Dana is a 2010 graduate of Leadership Johnson County and was a member of the Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce. She is currently a member of the Job Training Committee for the The Crossing School in Whiteland, a member of the Indiana Economic Development Association and a member of the Indiana Association for Community Economic Development.

Dana holds an associate’s degree in Early Childhood Development from Ashworth College.

Dana resides in Edinburgh with her husband, Chad and their two dachshunds.
